As a LCSW psychotherapist, I utilize an array of different modalities in my practice. I mostly focus on DBT, MBSR, inner child healing, and solution focused therapies. I work with clients aging 13 and up. I typically work with individuals or couples.

I began my career as a social worker and therapist in 2023 and fell in love with the service, connection, and natural wisdom of those I came across. I fully believe that we all have our own True Direction to authentically guide us to a place of fulfilment and inner peace; it's just that sometimes we get disoriented by the daily activities, to-dos, traumas, obligations, etc. I started True Direction with the intention of bringing as many people together as possible with the belief that we are the writer of our individual stories, and our stories truly matter! You are not alone, you are not lost, you are not forsaken. You have meaning, purpose, and a True Direction.
